Robert Radi, Ph.D., is a strategist and leadership development professional with broad-based 30 years of experience. Currently, he serves as president and partner of an organization contracted to deliver leadership development programs to managerial and senior leaders in the public and private sectors and the U.S. military. Before his involvement in executive education, he founded and operated a consumer product strategy firm serving national and global brands and was instrumental in developing iconic consumer product platforms. As a result, he received over 20 international awards for design and innovation excellence and partaken in securing and monetizing several U.S. and international utility & design patents. A La Quinta resident, Robert has served two terms on the City Council (2014 – 2022). In 2011 he designed pro-bono the La Quinta 9.11 memorial featuring the World Trade Center’s steel artifact.
