DESCRIPTION:@ 10:00am – 2:00pm\n$145.00 (includes all materials). This class is on September 23. \n \nThis class combines using natural botanicals and a mordant to create beautiful\, wearable works of art inspired by nature! Ecoprinting is a process where plant materials are placed on specially treated fabric and then steamed to release the tanin in the plants\, leaving realistic prints of the plants on the fabric. You will get hands-on classroom instruction in how to make these uniquely dyed scarves perfect for wearing or gifting. During the steaming process\, you will make a bonus item Felted Soap as a supplemental mini project! Please feel free to bring a lunch/snack to enjoy. \nAll skill levels are welcome! \n\nClass size is limited to 8. \nInstructor: Nettie Roberts \n\nCancellations must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund. \nIf this workshop is sold out\, call 760-777-1444 to join the waitlist.
