Leanna (vocalist) & Miguel (congas) are award-nominated entertainers – often lauded by fans the modern day Ricky & Lucy – attributed to their marriage/comedic on-stage performances/entertainment partnership. They hold local residencies at V Wine Lounge, GiGi’s, ‘Jazz on the 2nd Floor’ (Palm Springs Cultural Center), and produce a monthly Cabaret. Their shows include everything from the 1930s to today, from a duo to a 9 piece jazz band, within the genres of Jazz, Latin, Bossa, Pop, Broadway and Soft/Yacht Rock – every show is unique to the venue they perform.

A wide range of experiences and training has shaped Leanna’s sound and deep appreciation for the art of jazz and live performance – it also helps that both her parents performed Civic Light Opera / Broadway Musicals – where she got the bug to follow in her musical familial lineage, and Miguel from his roots in live performance in Miami and his native Colombia. They share 19 years of marriage and three wonderful children together.

They are excited to be bringing their jazz quintet “Leanna & The Jazz Caddies” to the Old Town Artisan Studios for this very special ‘NIGHT AT THE COPA’ season finale for The Art of Music – an evening of jazz and Latin jazz spanning the decades. Be prepared for fun and reminiscing on the songs from the Great American Songbook and beyond, as Leanna & The Jazz Caddies entertain you.
