Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese practice rooted in health, meditation, and self-defense, blending slow, graceful movements inspired by nature and refined over generations. In this workshop, participants will learn and practice foundational Tai Chi exercises designed to gently mobilize joints, stretch connective tissue, massage internal organs, and introduce elements of the traditional form. Movements such as Grasp Sparrow’s Tail and Single Whip will be explored in a supportive, accessible environment. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, these calming exercises can be practiced in the morning or evening to promote balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
