Fused Glass II: Beyond the Basics – Adult – Mondays

With a solid foundation of knowledge and technique, this intermediate class will focus on 3 specific projects, (project samples pictured) to sharpen your skills - the first steps toward more advanced projects! Pottery Wheel I: The Fundamentals – Adult – Monday PM

Explore the art of throwing clay on the pottery wheel as you learn to craft one-of-a-kind pieces from start to finish. Students will learn the basics and beyond, including clay preparation, proper body positioning, centering, pulling walls, shaping, trimming, and glazing. No previous experience required. Class size is limited to 10.                       Instructor: Robin Hart Classes include materials, firing costs, and 2 hrs. weekly studio time designed to help students complete work between classes. (Additional studio time can be purchased for the reduced student rate of $12/hr.) Plans changed? Eco Scarves Workshop – Adult

This class combines using natural botanicals and a mordant to create beautiful, wearable works of art inspired by nature! Ecoprinting is a process where plant materials are placed on specially treated fabric and then steamed to release the tanin in the plants, leaving realistic prints of the plants on the fabric. You will get hands-on classroom instruction in how to make these uniquely dyed scarves perfect for wearing or gifting. During the steaming process, you will make a bonus item Felted Soap as a supplemental mini project! Please feel free to bring a lunch/snack to enjoy. All skill levels are welcome! Experience various sensory related toys and activities! Young artists can enjoy the process, while making their own creations to take home! Activities are designed for children aged birth to 5 years. If bringing older siblings to class, please note that activities are designated for the little ones only and participation is limited to children 5 and under. Workshop Facilitator: Helen Shafton, a retired elementary art teacher, specializing in providing authentic art experiences for children with all abilities. Helen has also worked with students with cognitive and motor disabilities for more than two decades. Parent must accompany their child. Introduction to Nuno Felting Workshop – Adult

Create a wearable art silk scarf blended with wool roving and embellishments, while learning the introductory processes of felting in this 3-hour workshop. Nuno Felting is a process of blending natural fibers such as silk and wool using water, heat and friction. Please keep in mind that felting can be repetitive and labor intensive. Nathan James Band with Special Guest Victor Puertas October 9, 2025 @ 6:00 - 7:30 pm An evening of original blues and roots music by the Nathan James Band featuring special guest from Barcelona, Spain, Victor Puertas on Hammond Organ, harmonica, and vocals. Nathan James is a well-known and respected roots and blues guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter based in the San Jacinto Mountains, CA. Immersing himself in the blues as a teenager, he joined blues legend James Harman’s band at just 19 and toured the USA before starting his solo career. Nathan’s original sound blends traditions from piedmont and delta blues to rhythm & blues, soul, and country. Alongside his own band and solo work, he has backed harmonica greats like Kim Wilson and Rod Piazza, recorded on the Grammy-nominated A Tribute to Little Walter, and has released 11 albums with both original music as well as covers, all while touring extensively in the USA, Canada, Europe, and South America.
