Take your felting to the next level in this immersive workshop with Studio 907’s Beth Marx. Learn to create seamless garments using a resist, make your own patterns, and simplify shrinkage calculations with Beth’s “Easy Peasy Shrinkage Sheet.” Using one of your own garments as a guide, you’ll design and size a resist without complicated math or measurements. Explore Beth’s collage-style felting with handmade prefelts and layered silks, while mastering seamless edges, professional finishes, shaping, and closures. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have created your own unique, wearable felted vest—and enjoy styling it with Beth in a fun photo session.
