Discover the art of basket weaving with longleaf pine needles, waxed linen thread, and optional beads or embellishments, starting with a sliced walnut shell center. In this two-day workshop, participants will create a unique, handwoven basket approximately 6 inches wide and gain the skills to continue this craft at home. No prior experience is needed.
Please bring a snack if you wish!
Please Note: To complete your basket, additional work at home will be required before the second session.
