  • Beginning Glass Blowing Workshop – Adult – Wednesday, December 17

    December 17th $150.00 (includes all materials) Classic first project for those curious about glassblowing techniques. This workshop requires no previous experience. Students will pick out colors and create their own glass vessel using traditional techniques under the instruction of Jason and Nicole McQuaid who have over 35 years of experience in glassblowing. All items will be available for pick-up 48 hours after the workshop at the Old Town Artisan Studios’ reception desk. Safety Requirements: Please wear long hair tied back, cotton clothing (jeans recommended), glasses or sunglasses for eye protection and closed-toed/closed-heeled footwear for this workshop. 4 students per time slot.        Instructors: Jason and Nicole McQuaid   Wednesday, December 17th Session 1: 10:00am – 11:00am Session 2: 11:15am – 12:15pm Session 3: 12:30pm – 1:30pm Session 4: 1:45pm – 2:45pm Session 5: 3:00pm - 4:00pm Cancellations must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the event to receive a full refund.
