Immersive Premium beef demonstration. Including Domestic, Japanese, Australian Wagyu Beef and 100% grass fed/finished beef products. Selecting, preparing, and tasting beef. Demo by Chef Justin Snyder, Michelin trained in both savory and pastry and a proud honor graduate of the world famous E.N.S.P pastry school owned by Alain Ducasse in Yssingeaux, France. Join Chef Justin in the serene setting of the Old Town Artisan Studios’ majestic gardens and cascading waterfalls, that will make for the perfect backdrop for this demo!
