Glass & Painting - Summer

Thursdays 10:00am – 12:30pm $155 for 4 week session - student provides art materials and supplies Studio to supply art materials for an additional $75 fee This class is on June 20, 27, July 11 & 18 (No class on July 4) This class is tailored for beginning to intermediate students with some drawing skills. Advanced level artists are also welcomed. You will learn and practice basic techniques of transparent watercolor. You will become familiar with the concept of creating art (not copying nature). We will review the basic principles to creating good art and share ideas and tricks of the trade with each other. A suggested list of supplies will be provided. Thursdays 1:30pm – 4:00pm $180 for 4 week session. Includes all materials and supplies. This class is on June 20, 27, July 11 & 18 (No class on July 4) Learn to create your own glass mosaic critter or picture in this super fun and relaxing class. These pieces are perfect for your wall indoors or out. You will learn all the steps needed to create your piece from start to finish including designing your piece, color choices, cutting glass, gluing and grouting. You will create your own glass mosaic on a pre-cut wood board. Choose from a variety of wood shapes to make your own. Possible shapes include circles, squares, hearts, butterflies, palm trees, flowers and more.
