Tuesday 6:00pm – 8:00pm $75.00 (includes materials and firing costs). This class is on February 20th. Explore the art of handbuilding and create a one of a kind organic vessel! Work closely along side the instructor as you follow a step by step instructional lesson. Each student will make one original vessel and your instructor will bring your creation to life with a glaze color of your choosing. Wednesday, February 21st $150.00 (includes all materials) Lampworking is a type of glasswork that uses a torch to melt and shape glass. This is a basic course for those who want to start learning/or trying glass working with the lampworking technique. Students will work on the torch with Borosilicate Glass rods to create glass pendants and small sculptures. Students will pick out colored glass rods to use in their creations. Instructors are Jason and Nicole McQuaid, who have over 35 years of lampworking and jewelry making experience.
