The dates for this class are April 8, 15, 22 & 29 The pottery wheel is a rather exciting and challenging tool in the world of ceramics! Explore the art of throwing clay on the pottery wheel as you learn to craft one-of-a-kind pieces from start to finish. Students will learn the basics and beyond, including clay preparation, proper body positioning, centering, pulling walls, shaping, trimming, and glazing. No previous experience required. Class size is limited to 9.                             Instructor: Colby Cramer Classes include materials, firing costs, and 2 hrs. weekly studio time designed to help students complete work between classes. (Additional studio time can be purchased for the reduced student rate of $8/hr.) Cancellations must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of class in order to receive a full refund.

This class is on April 8, 15, 22 & 29 Students will walk away from this 4 week course with knowledge of the basics of sewing. You will be able to confidently work a sewing machine and understand how to cut fabric from a pattern. After making a few projects in this class, you will be able to start creating sewing projects at home! If you have old jeans or pants you no longer use, please consider donating them for use in making a fun sewing project. Thank you!
