This technique is very approachable for beginners, and yet allows one the opportunity to get as creative and complex as you desire. Students will be working on wood canvases with a gloss finish. Each student will make 2 acrylic pours, one small wood canvas for practice and a larger wood canvas to perfect your technique. Due to drying time, student work will be available for pickup on the Saturday following the workshop. Whether you are an experienced glass fuser or have never heard of fused glass, this workshop is a great opportunity to have fun with a group of people making a set of fused glass wine stopper and a matching trivet. Cost includes 2 hours of instruction, glass and supplies to complete one stopper and one trivet. Projects will be ready for pickup at the OTAS front desk on the Monday after the workshop.
