Ecoprinting is a process where plant materials are placed on specially treated fabric and then steamed to release the tanin in the plants, leaving realistic prints of the plants on the fabric. You will get hands-on classroom instruction in how to make these uniquely dyed scarves perfect for wearing or gifting. During the steaming process, you will make a supplemental mini art project!  Please bring a snack if you wish! @ 10:00am – 12:00pm $75.00 (includes all materials). This class is on March 25th. Acrylic Pour is a fluid painting technique using acrylic paint to create marvelous works of art! This technique is very approachable for beginners, and yet allows one the opportunity to get as creative and complex as you desire. Students will be working on wood canvases. Each student will make 2 acrylic pours, one small wood canvas for practice and a larger wood canvas to perfect your technique. Due to drying time, student work will be available for pickup on the Saturday following the workshop. Wet felting is the process by which wool, warm water, soap and agitation are used to create a non-woven felted fabric.
